In honor of former Platte Canyon Fire Chief, Jeff Davis, the department sponsors a Public Service Education Grant for post-secondary students studying in the field of public service. The grant is open to all recent Platte Canyon High School graduates, or to persons affiliated with Platte Canyon Fire.
Applications can be picked up at Platte Canyon Fire Station 2 at the top of Crow Hill. Each year, applications are due by May 30th.
