Booking the Meeting Room

Our meeting room is available to the public to reserve for trainings or meetings (within reason). Using the room for full-day trainings depends on availability.

  • $10 for non-county members/groups.
  • Free for Park County groups and in-District non profits (within reason).
  • 14-day notice is required.
  • We ask that you clean up after your meeting or event.

Before requesting to book the meeting room, please first check the events calendar to ensure your needed date/time is open.
